These books were co-written with my brother, Cameron Gallant! We thought it would be fun to quickly write a short series for a younger audience. Originally, we'd planned for it to be an ongoing series with lots of books, but after we'd written the first one, we realized that there are only so many adventures your characters can go on when one of them is a pet fish. So we decided to keep it a short and sweet duology instead!
